Asked questions

A visit to your property prior to the installation will take place, during this visit we will discuss the coverage you require and from there we will then discuss the amount of cameras that will be needed. If possible the engineer will show you actual camera view's via a portable camera and monitor that the camera onced positioned would see. This help's you decide the actual positioning of each camera.
Most the time a 4 Carmera installation can be done in 1 Day but we always recommend assuming it will take 2 Days. The only reason it will go beyond this time scale of maximum 2 Days is if we are awaiting on any deliveries for specific item's.
We fully respect this may be your office space or your home and cleaniness is our goal during installation's. Our engineer hax their own portable dyson hover's to clean up any dust that might come through from the Cable entry hole. We also have foot covers as to not tread dust etc.
Remote viewing is done via downloading the "Zosi App" which can be downloaded from the link's on the main page depending on your mobile phone type. PLEASE NOTE: Remote viewing can Only be accomplished with an internet connection fed to the DVR. The installer will setup remote viewing for you and connect your app to the DVR. From there you will be shown how to use the App itself.
