Trade terms
1) What is "FOB"?
  FOB - Free On Board
It means that the seller pays for transportation of the cars to the port of shipment, plus loading costs.
The seller fulfills his obligations to deliver when the cars have passed over the ship's rail. When used in trade terms, the word "free" means the seller has an obligation to deliver cars to a named place for transfer to a carrier.
(FOB Price = Car cost +delivery to the port + custom clearance cost)

2) What is "C&F"?
  C&F - Cost and Freight
It means that the seller pays for transportation to the port of shipment,
loading and freight.
The passing of risk occurs when the cars pass the ship's rail at the port of shipment.

3) What is "CIF"?
  CIF - Cost, Insurance and Freight
It means that the selling price includes the cost of the cars, the freight or transport costs and also the cost of marine insurance.
Contracts involving international transportation often contain abbreviated trade terms that describe matters such as the time and place of delivery, payment, when the risk of loss shifts from the seller to the buyer, and who pays the costs of freight and insurance.

4) Who is a Shipper?

  Shipper is an Owner of the cars.
Who contracts delivery with carriers.

5) Who is a Consignee?

  Consignee is Receiver on BL. Responsible to pick up the carriage after unloaded.

6) What is "B/L"?

  B/L - Bill of Lading
Official Legal document signed by the captain, agents, or owners of a vessel, furnishing written evidence of the quality and quantity of cargo for the conveyance and delivery of marchandise sent by sea to a specific destination.
It represents ownership of cargo between shipper and carrier.

Payment
7) How much do I have to pay?
  Price shown on the web is listed by FOB price,
but once we have confirmed the unit ,we can add freight and Insuarance charge and invoice you by CIF price.
Please note that the shipping cost is based upon each vehicle's size and weight to the current rate to your country.

8) How do I arrange payment?
  Payment has to be made by the following methods:
T/T - Telegraphic Transfer
It is the preferred method of payment as it is the quickest, safest and simplest method.
It will take approx 3 days to receive and process your payment.
Please contact your local bank for details on how to pay by T/T.

9) When is the due date for my payment?
  The full ammount is required as soon as possible via Bank Transfer
to the sellers Bank Account.

10) How much am I charged?
  FOB + freight + Insurance + Admin Fee.

11) Is there any other cost charged?

  Generally, Custom clearance fee + Custom duty (admin fee).
Also theres a BAF (basic handling fee) charged by the shipping
company for off-loading the vehicle and the paper work.
